 OK, guys, so let's get started with pricing. They even have a free tier that's goingto be free forever and it has 180 gb of storage, unlimited task, unlimitedmembers and two factor authentification. So you can get started rightaway and start using it. So there's no reason why notto start using ClickUp. Now, if you want to jump into the advancedfeatures of unlimited and the business plan, well, the prices are are actuallypretty cheap and heads up in the script. And no, I was not sure sugarcoating this when I said I'm goingto blow your mind away. There's so many things that you can do with it that I haven't seenanother project management tools. So check this out. First day we have our menu on the left,which we're going to view, obviously, the home version for the quick overviewof everything that's going on. We have a line up where we can add lineups right here of what we want to add. Right here.We have trending. You got my work, you got comments done, delegated and the overviewover here of the calendar. Also, we have notifications if you want to view notifications right herein a clear and simple manner. We got polls for that to load. There's going to be loading the workfor the work that you have done by people online and see how the otherteam members are actually doing next. We have goals you can set up different type of goals, goals based on task, basedon money, based on whatever you want. And you can have those right here. Next we have are the spaces. This is where we're goingto get our work done. This is the most important part of all. If we open up our first face right here,we have this this one we call this strategy, but obviously is going to becalled for whatever you need to get done. Right.And there's different type of use. This is where it is actuallysuper powerful, in my opinion. Now, for example, we havethe list view, obviously. I know it's pretty common,nothing fancy about it. But when we go into more advanced use, for example, we got bored,also known as Kanban, we have a box. So, for example, based on the usesthat you have, are available right here. So the team members that are on thisspace, you can even embed stuff. Check this out. I haven't seen this in anotherproject management tools. You can embed a Google sheet.


 This is actual Google sheet that I'm using right here so I can actuallyedit what's going on right here. And it's going to be updated over there. So just imagine saving time right there,not having to open up a Google sheet or having to go to Google Sheetsto app to actually do this. You can actually do it right here. So that's pretty cool. There's a gap view, obviously, based on the steps that we have and wecan actually connect these if we need it. You obviously there's not many stepsright here, so we can't do it. But there's a clear viewof what's going on. You can create a form. These are super useful. So, for example, if you wanted to edit this form, that's going to edit the fieldsthat we have on the other views for Lisp, you, for example, are ableto be added right here. So, for example, there are several column types assignedcomments assigning all of these. What type of column do you want? Is it going to be a checkbox, a date,a dropdown file, even a formula? You can do locations, money, numbers,people progress, auto, all of that. And you can use them right here to haveyour project well built and work easily. There's more views wehaven't finished here. Like I said, this is goingto blow your mind away. We've solved the the simple ones,the list, the board. There's also a calendar,one super useful if you need to schedule. For example, let's just goahead and add the view. Let's just say you needto schedule something. You can do it right here. You can move them aroundwith calendar view. Let's go into more views. 


We got get we saw alreadythe box, the timeline. We saw it the table.We also saw that there's a mind map. Check this out.If you wanted to do a mind map right here for task or blank,let's add for task right now and we can structure task in a different way, like the way we visualizeit is using the mind map. Other type of use is workload. So depending on the workload, that's. It's going to show there's not a lot of information in thisdemo template that I used, but you would see a lot of informationonce you actually get this music. We have activity. We got maps of, for example,activities right there. You got the map. So, for example, if this project was basedon locations, if we use the direction, it's going to add it in a map viewso you can view that way easier. There's documents,for example, we need to adopt. There's a chat.There's the embed. You already saw the embedfor Google Sheets. I thought that was amazing. I mean, not having to go to Google Sheets and go open it when I have to work on thisspecific space and project and just go jump into my Google sheet insideof here is I think it's amazing, right? If it's docs, you can do calendar maps,YouTube Figma or embed URL for anything. There's also the form we saw that already. 


So there's all those type of use to help you actually get things done,whatever you actually need to use to get things done that looks easierfor you, then use that. If boards work better for you instead of list, we'll use sportsand you can multiply these. That means that you can add,for example, board. I can add more boards if I needwith different type of filters. So I actually view themin a different way. So for example, if I wanted to abuse somethingin a different matter, I'll add another board or anotherlist with different type of things. So all that to get things done nowthat is for the views are right. Next thing we got is weactually have automation. So if we go into the top right here,you're going to see automate. We can add an automation right here. And what automation does is basically,if this happens, do that. It's as simple as that. OK, so when this happens,


 for example, we can say if the statuschanges, the due dates, task length, time tracked, I don't know,we'll do a simple one. The status change from. Active, can't confirm to done confirmand we could add more conditions to this, but if that if those criteria are met,if from active associated done, then it's going to do somethingelse so I can change the assigning. For example, this can be a task for in my case,let's just say I recorded the video, but someone else is going to be workingon the thumbnail and the description. So automatically if I turn it into done, then it's going to switchit off to another assignment. All right. And I can do it to my other assignmentthere and create now something that's really cool and I reallylove about SaaS as they do. This is templates. So an automations, you don't have to figure out what to doif you want it to work with statuses. 


They already have pre-builttemplates to work on. So, for example, you can use anyof these templates available. For example, priorities for other bugs,Calendly emails, GitHub, Twilio,and just use those recipes already to use them for your own rightso they save you time. You can manage them and youhave the uses for these. OK, there we go.Next thing we have is we'll all here. We got more spaces, but obviously the sameone with different type of views.
